Crown Petroleum
donates DUI sign at DeKalb Headquarters

Decatur, GA - April 8th, 1997

Top administrators of the DeKalb Police Department met with executives of Crown Petroleum today to accept a sign in front of the Public Safety Building on Memorial Drive and Camp Rd.

The sign is intended to alert people to the location of the Public Safety Building. It also provides a constant reminder of the DUI problem by displaying the number of DUI arrests made this year by the department. The sign was donated by Crown in an effort to raise public awareness about the magnitude of DUI in our area, and also to help create a liaison between private industry and local government.
